At FalconTribe, we take pride in the precision, craftsmanship and performance of every piece we design. If the size isn't right or a piece doesn't meet your expectations, we make returns and exchanges easy and smooth across Qatar.

Returns and exchanges policy

• 14 days, no commitment: you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or size exchange by contacting our support team (email: support@falcontribe.com or WhatsApp: +97474757375).
• Condition of the item: returned items must be unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
• Free size exchange: we offer free size exchanges within Qatar.

Refund processing

• Once the item is received and its condition confirmed, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

• Orders paid by card on delivery (COD) are refunded as store credit or by direct bank transfer after confirmation.
