• FalconTribe provides sportswear and training gear designed specifically for athletes in the GCC countries.

• All prices listed on the site are in Qatari riyals (QAR) or the equivalent in local GCC currencies.

• All products and prices are registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

• We make every effort to display prices accurately, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before an order is fulfilled.

3. Intellectual property rights

• All logos and trademarks ("FalconTribe"), custom patterns, designer tech-pack specifications, website content and images are the exclusive intellectual property of FalconTribe. Reproduction or commercial use without the company's formal permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment methods and security

• We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, local debit cards (NAPS), and card on delivery (COD).

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of Doha, Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
